We present the case of a 64‐year‐old woman who had intermittent, randomly located abdominal pain for 3 months. Abdominal computed tomography revealed mesenteric panniculitis and lymphadenopathy. After laparoscopic excisional biopsy, a diagnosis of follicular lymphoma was made. Mesenteric panniculitis is often associated with an underlying malignancy.
